 RETURN POLICY:

CHICASUAL wants to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your online purchase. We will gladly refund full price merchandise that has been unworn, unwashed, unaltered and accompanied by a receipt, within 30 calendar days of purchase. 

RETURN MERCHANDISE: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Please e-mail customer service at info@chicasual.com with your order number, the merchandise you would like to return and reason for return.  You will receive confirmation with a return authorization number (RA#) and shipping instructions within three business days.  
  • All returns must have been originally purchased from CHICASUAL.com and must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered with all tags still attached.
  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns made within 30 calendar days of the invoice date will be credited to the original form of payment within two weeks of receiving the return.
  • All returns must be sent insured via registered mail, or a delivery service that offers package tracking. CHICASUAL is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. 
  • Please be aware that we cannot accept returns without a return authorization number (RA#). Your RA# must be clearly written on/near your shipping label.
  • CHICASUAL does not offer pre-paid return shipping labels at this time. 
  • Your will be refunded for the purchase price of the merchandise returned, minus the shipping costs, duty and taxes and/or other costs incurred to ship the merchandise to / from CHICASUAL.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS & EXCHANGES:

We love a deal as much as you do! If you purchase a full-priced item that gets marked down within 7 days of your order, we’ll happily issue a store credit in the form of a CHICASUAL coupon code. Any price adjusted merchandise becomes final sale.

Need to exchange an item? No problem. Exchanges are handled as a return and reorder. Should you wish to order a different style, size or color, please submit a new order online and request a return authorization for the item you would like to return.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the order.
